Senior HR Business Partner Operations / Teamlead for Operations, Finance & Risk and Corporate Services (100%)

We are looking for our Lead HR Business Partnering Operations, Finance & Risk and Corporate Services with direct reporting line to Corporate Head HR. In your role, you will primarily support the Operations Division as a Senior HR Business Partner and manage a team of HRBPs.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you are responsible for solving complex organizational challenges. You are an integral part of the leadership team, demonstrating an understanding of every aspect of the business and acting as a thought leader regarding People and Organizational topics. You act as a chief people officer, can solve complex problems, you define and orchestrate the execution of the people agenda to support the business goals. In addition, you lead key HR programs and initiatives related to leadership development, talent acquisition and planning, culture and change management. You think of the bigger picture, use data to guide your work, challenge convention, and in some cases reinvent how work is done. You collaborate with HR Centers of excellence and cross-functional groups to design and execute the strategy for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize in relation to work.

Further challenges:

  • Be a trusted advisor to the Global Head of Operations and his leadership team and play a critical role in enhancing
  • Manage talent effectively to ensure we have the right people in the right roles
  • Take active role in critical hirings and enable business leaders to cultivate an effective leadership pipeline 
  • Educate clients on various HR initiatives including learning and development, recognition programs, reorganizations and various management issues 
  • Responsible for the HR year-end process (Performance, Promotion and Compensation) up to and including Division Head level: plan, educate, monitor, and take active part in discussions 
  • Address and manage a broad spectrum of employee relations matters, and work to resolve them through a systematic approach, adhering to company policies, local employment laws and best practices


Your qualifications:

  • Experience working as a HR Business Partner, with a good understanding of the many different responsibilities of the function (eg. learning & development, reward, compensation & benefits) 
  • Team player who possesses leadership skills, successful management, and mentorship experience who acts with integrity and self-awareness 
  • Demonstrated bias for strategy and action, effective and creative problem solver 
  • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations   
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis 
  • Effective consulting and coaching skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change 
  • Project management experience (e.g. managing site wide/organizational projects and initiatives) 
  • Fluency, written and spoken, in English and German 
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
